Refund Policy

we take immense pride in our commitment to delivering high-quality accounting,
financial, and secretarial services through the internet. Our relentless
pursuit of excellence drives us to continually improve our offerings. However,
we understand that situations may arise where you’re not entirely satisfied
with our services. In such cases, please reach out to us promptly, and we will
take the necessary steps to address the issue, which may include corrections,
refunds, or service credits for future MusecorpLegal orders.

30-Day Refund Policy If an
engagement isn’t progressing as you expected, you have the option to request a
refund within 30 days of making the payment. After this period, you may still
request a refund, but it will be processed as a service credit, which you can
apply to future services.

Earned Fee &
Cancellation Fee Deduction
Before processing any refund, we
reserve the right to make every effort to complete the service. In cases of
dissatisfaction, a cancellation fee of 20% plus the earned fee and government
fees paid will apply. In the event of a change in service, the cancellation fee
will not be applicable. Therefore, all refunds are subject to a minimum 20%
cancellation fee. Additional fees incurred by MusecorpLegal for completing the
engagement will be deducted, and the balance refunded. MusecorpLegal will be
liable to refund up to 80% of the fee paid by the client under any

Change of Service
Should you wish to change the service you initially ordered for a different
one, you may do so within 60 days of purchase. The original service’s purchase
price, minus any earned fee, government fees, or taxes paid, will be credited
towards the new service. If the new service is of equal or higher value, the
20% deduction will not apply.

Request Refund To
initiate a refund request, please log in to LEDGERS and select “Get
Help” to begin the process. Additionally, send an email to with
transaction details. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks from the
date of the request, along with all necessary information.

Penalty or Tax Payment
Please be aware that MusecorpLegal, as a corporate service provider, prepares
necessary filings but does not cover penalties or taxes on behalf of clients.
Clients are responsible for ensuring accuracy and correctness and for any
additional costs related to services provided.

Factors Outside Our
While we strive for excellent outcomes, we cannot
guarantee results due to factors beyond our control. Government-related delays
or issues with government platforms, such as the MCA, Income Tax, or FSSAI
websites, may lead to delays beyond our control and are not eligible for

including natural disasters, epidemics, changes in laws, wars, terrorism, labor
